This Productivity Course is the same content I have been using for individualized, goal focused coaching since 2008.
A Lot can be gained from working through this course on your own.
My suggestion is to start with the Time & Motion Study work if you are serious about examining your daily routines, and willing to look for ways to make small, incremental changes. These small changes can lead to amazing results!
The Time & Motion Study should last for at least 2 weeks of tracking, perhaps as much as 4 weeks.
Thus, you can start the Study, and then work through the main productivity course as you are doing your tracking .
